Migliorelli and joining me tonight our vice chair Jamal Dean and counselors. Snella garapay carmichetti McMaster o'briensky Stewart Williams and president Grigoraitis sex officio. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record. In accordance with open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on mmtv. Now is the time for public comments and I will motion by unanimous consent to open the four for public comment public comment seeing no objection. We are now open for public comments.
