In accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded in broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live 3 live stream through mmtv.org. This meeting will be available for future viewing through the city of Melrose website meeting portal as well. At this time, we're going to move on to public comment for the meeting. This is the time where any member of the public who chooses to may speak to any items on our agenda. The committee is not able to engage in back and forth dialogue, but we'll listen to whatever individual whatever each individual has to say. So I'll motion by unanimous consent to open public comment. Seeing no objections public comment is open. We don't seem to have anyone here in the audience Mr. Clerk. Seeing no objections public comment is now closed. We originally had five orders before us this evening, but a few things have changed. So our first order was order number 2023-68 the appointment of Helena whitfelt 44 Briggs Street to the Melrose affordable housing trust for a one-year term said to expire the last day of January 2024. however, MS woodfelt's Appointment a meeting has been moved to Monday. So the mayor will be presenting that on Monday.
