The chair joining me tonight are counselor bremski our vice chair counselor. Jamaladin counselor Stewart councilor Williams and president Grigoraitis exophicio. This takes place of an attendance roll call this also provides notice of Quorum for the record. In accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded and broadcast in our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live through live streamed through mmtv.org.
