▶ 1:47:55 Speaker 1: you Council for allowing us to be here tonight. So you have my memo my request to Mayor Broder. The request is to give our election workers the tools and the technique and the technology that they need to process ballots quickly this I think you have the image cast copy on the order. I was lucky enough to go up to well, I went up to the Vendors to see a demonstration of this and it really does do about 85 to 100 ballots per minute where our current system which is designed and works exactly as it's designed probably does takes about six to eight seconds. So maybe 20 a minute. I handed out a pink. Visual on the visual person. It's a example. It's an infographic. The first side is the first three steps of how we used to do boating. We come in person. We'd get handed a ballot we check in and we place it through the machine you flip it over that is the vote by mail processing. It's about 13 additional steps. The registrar is a very well versed they have done every piece of the process and have served as poll workers. So if you have any questions for us, I'm happy to answer them. I've also asked for some funding for some replacing some equipment and some tables that have broken. I actually have conversation today with DPW who said put some paper under it to balance the table and I said that's not going to work. I appreciate you hearing our request and open to any questions. It is an incredibly important role to make sure that everyone is able to vote and has equal access to the ballot. I know that has been incredibly challenging these past couple years as we the state has rolled out voter reform. I am in full support of this. I am thrilled to see that we are proactively planning for what we know is going to be a very busy and complicated election season and fy24 when we'll have a presidential primary and general election. So I'm just grateful that you are continuing to think about how we can improve systems and be prepared for what we know is coming ahead. It's great to see that kind of proactive planning. So, thank you all.
