I'm Vice chair Stewart with me and joining me are counselors Migliorelli and president exophicio Grigoraitis as well as an on voting members Council sinella and karmchetti. And this takes this takes place of an attendance roll call and provides notice of Quorum for the record and in accordance with the local meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live stream through mmtv3.org.
