Pursuant to current allowances under the open meeting law enacted under chapter 2 of the acts of 2023 signed into law by Governor Healy on March 29th. 2023 Vice chair. Jamala. Dean is participating in this meet tonight remotely via the city Zoom platform. Joining me in person. Our counselors. Sanela Eccles garape. Karamchati McMaster o bremski Stewart Williams and president Grigoraitis exophysio. This serves as a notice of the Quorum for the record. Please note that because we have a member participating remotely all motions will require a roll call vote in accordance with open meeting lab this meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on mmtv. I would also ask my colleagues and guests to make sure they're speaking clearly into the microphone while speaking so our remote colleague can fully participate.
