▶ 19:49 Manjula Karamcheti: Councilor Chrome cheating Madam president at this time. I'd like to make a motion to remand order 2023-81 back to the Appropriations Committee as someone who voted no originally on this just want to be clear that I wasn't opposed to the zoning change, but really the process by which it was put forward sending it back to the committee. We'll give us an opportunity to discuss it individually more explicitly with the planning board. We'll also giving the planning department time to address the concerns that were brought up by counselors originally in regards to the process and to take some steps to make sure that the constituents of Ward one have more of an opportunity to understand and know what's going on with this zoning change.
