▶ 1:00 Manjula Karamcheti: We're gonna move on to the public comment portion of this meeting. This is a time where any member of the public may speak to any items on our agenda. The committee does not engage in back and forth dialogue, but we'll listen to what each individual has to share a motion by unanimous consent to open public comment.
