Oh whoops this takes place of an attendance roll call this also provides notice of the Quorum for the record. And we do with three have a quorum tonight. In accordance with the open meeting law this meeting is being recorded in broadcast on our local cable access Channel mmtv, as well as live stream through mmtv.org.
