▶ 40:40 Speaker 2: Thank you. So we recently did a project with arpa funds to replace one set of classroom windows at the Franklin School. The windows are in a very serious state of disrepair. Our original plan had been to submit this year for an mspa accelerated repair project, but the msba pulled that program and didn't have that program this year. So we were in a position where we really didn't we no longer had a plan for how to move forward with this window replacement project. The end goal is to ultimately replace all the windows in the school as we've done it a couple of the other schools, but we did one set of windows with our funds this year. During April vacation just last week. I don't know if you've driven by but if you drive by it's right on the Main Street side and you can see it. It looks fantastic. And that window was one that was having active leaks classroom materials were getting damaged. We're having a lot of issues. This will allow us to do some additional work over the summer to replace a handful more windows and I'm gonna pass it over to Jim for the

You'll see we included a picture of exactly what that looks like and I guess to help the cause shows the current conditions of one of the particular base as it was identified. We also included four year two review are the quotes from sgm Suburban Glass and Mirror they were solicited off of a state contract to satisfy procurements their quotes which includes the detailed scope is included and the memo basically summarizes that for you our intent is To be done by the time that the next school year starts. So we've already made. A plan for summer programs at the Franklin School how they're going to accommodate the children there so that we can we can fix the windows and have them ready for Nick for the next school year and they are on board with that plan.
