I'm pleased to announce this before you tonight as a result of a successor contract finally being reached with the Melrose Superior officers Union and that is a contract to cover fiscal 22 to fiscal 24 after many months of bargaining the parties reached this tentative deal on the contract back in February of this year and an MOA was executed by the union after ratification by the membership and the mayor the end of March. It is subject to funding of the economic items by city council, which is what this order is before you tonight. The order tonight is requesting funding for the first two years of the contract fiscal 22 and 23 in light of the new agreed upon terms. Some of the new economic items agreed upon whereas follows cost of living adjustments 2% in the first year 2% in the second year 2.25% in the third year and there's a 1% Market adjustment in the third year as well for the superior officers. There's been an addition of a Professional Standards position a specialty position in the police department that will be staffed by a specialty by Superior officer with a 5% annual stipend and we've increased all shift differentials as well as separating out for the last half shift to provide increased stipend for that rate and there's also an added many career step to 25 years of employment with the city of an additional two percent for the most senior officers. So I'm happy to answer any questions anyone might have on that.
