Since we've members for the minute of the administration here tonight to speak on the items before I said to motion by unanimous consent to suspend the rules before we proceed. Seeing no objection. The rules are now suspended the first item on our agenda tonight is a grant. It's Grant 2023-9 acceptance of two grants from the Massachusetts cultural Council in the amount of 2,500 each.
