The only thing that will happen from you approving it is that the mayor will sign the grant paperwork and we'll send it back to d e p so that our money is secured and held for us specifically. And then we can proceed with all of our due diligence. Come back, discuss the free cash more. And if the free cash doesn't get approved, the grant paperwork gets torn up and no, no obligation by the city.
