▶ 0:03 Leila Migliorelli: Good evening. The time is 7 31 on Thursday, May 25th, 2023. This is a meeting the Appropriations and Oversight Committee. I am Lila Maguire chair, and joining me tonight are Vice Chair Jamine counselors, Eccles Stewart, president Greg ex officio counselor Jamal Ladine, counselor Williams and Counselor Osky. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast live on MMT v. Um, I will motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, the floor is now open for public comment. This is the portion of the meeting where anyone can speak on any en agenda item, um, in front of us tonight. Seeing no one here,

Consent to suspend the rules before we proceed. Seeing no objection, the rules are now suspended. The first order on our A agenda tonight is, um, info 2023 dash 16 presentation by the Institute for Human-Centered Design of a final ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Report completed on behalf of the City of Melrose. Since we will need to schedule this meeting in July for when the consultants are available, um, I'll entertain a motion to hold in committee. Motion To hold. Second. Motion to hold made in com.
