Uh, I was not at the legal and legislative committee meeting and in looking at this, my concern about this, uh, order is that it's retroactive back to last July one and back Last July one interest rate was at 2%. So I'm, I'm fully supportive of, uh, an order that would look at COLA going forward, but a retroactive order in, um,

▶ 1:15:42 Ryan Williams: The chair? Um, we talked to the Mr. Stravinsky at the retirement board about this and our understanding is that the specific law, which is chapter 2 69 of the acts of 2022, allows the cost of living adjustment to be applied to fiscal year 2023 only.

▶ 1:16:13 Jen Grigoraitis: I believe it was that we have confirmation from the retirement board that this, um, act of the legislature will only allows the cola to be applied to fiscal year 2023.
