▶ 1:52:11 Speaker 1: Thank you. Um, as discussed at our budget hearing, this is the annual request to, um, take retained earnings and put them into the Reserve Fund for the water. And then the next one, for the sewer enterprise funds, we try to maintain a balance in reserve of 10% of our operating budget as an emergency fund. Um, and this year, because we needed some of the other money, um, most of the other money in re in retained earnings for water toward our capital project. This year we're a little bit shy of our 10%. I believe we're at 9.6% with this transfer.
