▶ 3:00:41 Speaker 9: there. 2023 dash six again, uh, his, uh, uh, friend in its own way, um, looking for a transfer, Mr. Han for Medicare. 48,000 apportion from temporary debt and apportion from veteran services. And again, that's not to discount services, but the, we do have an allocation every year to pay for expenses for veterans. And when you don't, and we set up a threshold and when that available funds are available, they're available. No different than temporary debt where the make, uh, there's an estimate made on the cost for debt and if there's extra money, we can use that to transfer. So that was again, for FY 23 for Medicare, that 48,000 is what we're looking for to close out 23. And last but not least, a good friend, um, again, um, looking for additional funds for legal department, uh, Shannon, a total of 39,000 5 0 2 20. She gave a nice outline, I think in her May 24th letter to the mayor for, for transfer of funds. Typically, um, we see the property and casualty, given the timing, um, when we set the budget, I believe she set it at a 5% increase. And as she explains here, that came in higher than that. And therefore, additional, um, funds of 31700.2 is needed to just for that particular item alone as well as $802 again for endorsements for city vehicles that came in. This is, this happens can candidly, every year vehicles come in and out and you have to cover them appropriately with insurance. So you can't always time that. And obviously you would never know when the vehicle was gonna come in and out as you start a fiscal year unless there was some other planning done ahead of time. And the last, her request is $7,000 for expenses relative to, um, arbitration and potential legal fees that she anticipates. Um, she's gonna need the money for it prior to the end of the year to pay those obligations. So that's why we're, she's asking, um, for the 39,000 502 20 and again from veterans benefits, um, we, we have available funds that we did not have to expend. Um, so for those other ones, a clear, and again, on 2 0 2 3 dash two with the um, MAC Senior grant, obviously I could reach out to Denise and get more information for the city council. If you, in that sense, whatever you choose to do, I'd be happy to do.

Um, and I, I guess if I, what if it's not, if, if we, if you do not have the list of grantees for FY 24 now, what kind of paperwork would you anticipate receiving to encumber this money for FY 24?
