Pursuant to current allowances under the open meeting, law enacted under chapter two of the Acts of 2023, signed into law by Governor Healy on March 29th, 2023. Councilor Caram Shady is participating in this meeting tonight remotely via the city's Zoom platform. Also, joining me tonight are Councilors, ecs, repe, McMaster, Osky Stewart, and President Greg Exofficio. This serves as a notice for the of a quorum. For the record, please note that because we have a member participating remotely, all Motion will require a roll call vote in accordance with open meeting law.
