▶ 30:46 Jen Grigoraitis: Thank you. At this time I will motion to approve without reading by unanimous consent, the minutes of our June 5th, 2023 City Council meeting. Seeing no objection, those minutes are now approved. I will now motion by unanimous consent to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, public comment is now open. Don't believe we have anyone joining us in person. Mr. Clerk, do we have anyone online?

At this time I will motion by unanimous consent to close public comment and then I will entertain a motion to recess so we can go back to the Appropriations and Oversight Committee meeting. So moved. Second. So we have a motion to recess made by Councilor Melli, seconded by Councillor Eccles. All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? And we are recessed
