So next up we have appropriation 2023 dash 49 and appropriation for Mount Hood, uh, retained earnings account 62 0 0 0 0 3 1 9 0 0 0 in the amount of $45,000 to Mountain Hood Professional Services account 62 0 0 0 0 dash 5 2 9 0 0 0 to fulfill contract obligations. And tonight we have, um, Joan Bell, superintendent of Mount Hood to speak on this order. Welcome.
▶ 16:16 Speaker 8: Hey, how are you? Good. I echo Lauren Sediment. Thank you for taking this order so that, um, we can pay the management company revenues that have already been earned. Um, I'm here before you because when I was before you last month, we estimated, um, the month of May earnings at Mount Hood, which we do every year. Um, it just so happened that they did extremely well. Um, and they earned an additional, I think we're up 151,000. So in order for us to contractually pay their 65% obligation, I'm here asking for permission to pay them the 45,000 left that we owe them.
