Pursuant to current allowances under the open meeting, law enacted under chapter two of the Acts of 2023, signed into law by Governor Healy on March 29th, 2023, city Councilor Abramsky is participating in this meeting tonight remotely via the city's Zoom platform. Therefore, all votes must be taken by roll call Mr. Clerk. Oh. And this meeting in accordance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law.
