Well, Melrose Diners, we are open to seven days, morning to Sunday at six to 2:00 PM and we have, uh, a projects with Robert. He continues.

▶ 8:25 Speaker 1: Yes. Hello. Good afternoon, everybody. I gotta talk a little bit about the business. So we have the hours, time is, uh, seven days a week from, uh, six o'clock to two o'clock. And also we have like five to six employees, which is, they, uh, they, uh, coming in the bathroom a little bit far away. And we have a food service, uh, food service. And then we try to clean it after, uh, two o'clock and, and one hour and a half every day. And we have, uh, and also we have the pet control animal. They come in every, every month, every month to check. And we also do the cleaning outside of the building and the parking like, uh, once a week. And,

Um, I just wanted to, to point out to the, the committee that, um, I've been in that neighborhood for, uh, one 30 years, and, uh, I've seen the transformation of that building go from, uh, several different iterations, including, it used to sell televisions, actually, when I first moved in there. Uh, but this has been a mainstay for, uh, many years now, and it's a, it's a, it's a great, uh, location. Uh, my family and I go there on frequently, and I just look forward to seeing that tradition continued. And thank you for taking this on. Yes. Thank you, Mr. Chair.
