▶ 1:54:06 Speaker 6: Thank you. Um, so with the, um, public Safety Building study and, and the debt exclusion vote coming up, um, engine three is phase three of that program. And so any improvements, any holistic improvements to engine three will be, you know, 6, 7, 8 years down the road. Um, the roof at Engine three is failing, has been failing for, uh, a little bit of time. We keep sort of kicking the can down the road until we knew what was happening with the public safety, uh, debt exclusion. Just in terms of we didn't want to come forward with a capital proposal until we had a better idea. Was this station being rebuilt? Was it being, uh, you know, renovated or knocked down and, and built new? Um, so now that, that has sort of been teased out, uh, we did get three prices, I believe at the time when Jim had submitted the memo. Um, we didn't yet have three prices, but we now have three prices. Um, the $40,000 will cover both the roof replacement and some other ancillary work. Um, I'm just gonna look at his email real quick to see. Um,
