Um, since we have members of the administration here tonight to speak on the items before us, I'd like to motion by unanimous consent to suspend rule 37 B before we proceed. Seeing no objection, rule 37 B is now suspended. First on our agenda tonight is appropriation 2024 dash five and appropriation from capital stabilization 8 4 0 5 and the amount of $298,000 to D P W sanitation. 4, 3, 3 for the purposes of purchasing electric vehicle, charging infrastructure, and an electric refuse service vehicle. The current balance in the capital stabilization fund as of September 18th is $997,947 and 34 cents. Tonight we have D p W director, uh, Lana POAs, Ellis Mayor Broder, and, um, Martha Grover here, office of Sustainability. Thank you.
