▶ 54:25 Speaker 3: This order is just to, um, renew our commitment to the-... Mystic Regional Emergency Planning Committee. Um, I'm a me- Melrose has been a member since the '90s, I believe. Mm-hmm. And, um, they've had a change of staff and actually we've had a change of staff throughout the years and they just want us to sign a proclamation saying that we're gonna renew our, um, participation in this group, is basically what this order is. Um, Melrose, as far as I know, doesn't have a local emergency planning committee- (laughs) ... but it's part of this regional planning committee. Most of the cities and towns almost north of Boston, um, are part of it and we... They meet almost monthly, um, and they help each other, especially with, um, keeping track of extremely hazardous materials, the Tier 2 documentation. And so the, the way- thinking of it all is any real big disasters, um, don't really stay within city boundaries. They overlap. And so the thought behind this regional committee is to, um, know what's in other... Or either, either access to what's in other communities that if they are called in to help or know what's coming their way, um, to share all the, um, notifications what we have in Melrose for hazards, what there is in Wakefield, Stoneham, and that... Melrose and so on. That's what they do.
