Joining me tonight are Councilor Elli and President Greg and non-voting member Counselor Williams. This meeting of the Protection and Licensing Committee is being recorded live on MTV and will be available on the city website www.cityofmelrose.org. At this time, if there are no objections and with the unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting. Public comment is now open. As a reminder for the public, this is the portion of the meeting where any member of the public may speak on items on our, on our agenda, seeing no members in the gallery looking to speak.
