Um, the management company is responsible for the day-to-day tree work. Um, this is more of a capital improvement to really go in and get rid of a lot of, um, dead trees that have kind of become safety issues. We're gonna open up some fairways and greens that the golfers are really excited about. Um, just overgrown trees that have kind of come in, come into play. Um, so that's what the money is for.
