Since we have members of the administration here tonight to speak on the items before us, I'd like to motion by unanimous consent to suspend rule 37 B before we proceed. Seeing no objection, rule 37 B is now suspended. First on our agenda tonight is order 2024 dash 13. Request the city council hold a public hearing and subsequently determine the percentages of local tax levy to be born by each class of real and personal property for fiscal year 2024.
