I am counselor Sean McMaster Under Rule 48 of the Rules of Order of the Melrose City Council, the President Pro Tempore. As the senior member of the body shall preside over the caucus to nominate a president for the ensuing year in accordance with Rule 48. The caucus shall be held on the first Monday in December.
