I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams, and I'm joined by voting members, counselors, Kristin Ella, Jack Ackles, and Maya Jamine. This serves as notice of a quorum for the record pursuant to current allowances under the open meeting law enacted under chapter two of the Acts of 2023, signed into law by Governor Healy on March 29th, 2023. This meeting is being held. Uh, this meeting is being recorded and is being broadcast on TV by our partners at MMTV as well as live streamed on their website@mtvthree.org. Uh, at this time I will entertain a motion to recess for the purposes of returning to the, uh, appropriations committee. Motion to recess. We got Open Public comment. We got open public comment.
