▶ 3:23 Leila Migliorelli: I will now motion by unanimous consent to close public comment. Seeing none, we are now closed for public comment. Since we have members of the administration here tonight to speak on the items before us, I'd like to motion by unanimous consent to suspend Rule 37 B before we proceed. Seeing no objection, rule 37 B is now suspended. First on our agenda tonight is appropriation 2024 dash nine and appropriation the amount of $311,633 and 63 cents from PEG access to MMTV and Melrose Public Schools. Tonight we have Mary Beth Marketeer Margolis here with us from MMTV to speak on this order.

▶ 4:14 Mary Beth McAteer-Margolis: Um, this is our biannual appropriation that comes from the PEG Access Fund. Uh, it's a result of the contracts that the city has entered into with, uh, Verizon and Comcast.
