▶ 1:12:53 Ryan Williams: Good evening, everyone. Today is Monday, February 12th, 2024. And this is a meeting of the Legal and Legislative Committee of the City Council of Melrose. I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams, and I'm joined by voting members, counselors, Maya, uh, Maya, Maya Jamine, Kim Vandiver, and Vice Chair Devin Romanul. Also joined by, uh, non-voting member Councillor Repe and President Lila Elli. This serves as a notice of a quorum for the record, and the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. Tonight's meeting will be recorded and is being broadcast by our partners at mtv, as well as live streamed on their website, attv three.org. And we thank them for their service. At this time, I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment and seeing no objections, public comment is now open. Does anyone online wishing to comment?
