And I am President Melli in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. This meeting is being broadcast and recorded by Melrose Cable Access tv, and will be available for viewing in its entirety on MMTV and through the city website Link because this evening we have a counselor, um, participating remotely. Um, this is, uh, able to be done pursuant to the current out allowances under open meeting Law, and Enact under chapter two of the Acts of 2023. Signed into law by Governor Healy on March 29th, 2023. Uh, city Councilor, uh, Firo is participating in this meeting tonight remotely via the city's Zoom platform. This means that every, um, vote will be a roll call vote.
