▶ 3:00 Mark Garipay: Can you just give us a little, um, uh, recap of what you're gonna be doing at that location? I know, I know we're gonna be putting underground conduit, but if you don't mind just for the, uh, residents, um, at home listening. Yes,

▶ 3:13 Speaker 1: Sir. Thank you for, for the question. Well, in this case, it will be, um, a simple upgrade of our residential service. Actually, uh, over there was, um, a 100 amps, a single phase a service, but actually they are making a project like a big house with a EV project there at ev charging station also with the house. And they are asking, initially they were asking 600 amps, but we discussed, and now they are asking only 400 amps, single phase. So the, the way that we found to serve that, that service will, we are gonna replace an existing pole that it is in front of the, of the house, between the property line, between the 89 school street and the other, the other, the other property. And we are asking to make a trench to install a two four inch PVC conduit to serve this house because in this case, the pro, the, the owner wants to be fed by underground and not by an overhead service.

▶ 4:28 Speaker 2: And so this petition is for a grant of location for 12 feet of that four inch PVC conduit that will go through the city's sidewalk. Um, it will not cut into the road at all. It'll only be on the sidewalk from the pole to the property line.

▶ 4:46 Mark Garipay: Okay. And when we cut the sidewalk, it's not just gonna be a trench, I'm assuming we're gonna do the four by four whole total sidewalk panel

▶ 4:55 Speaker 2: Without making So, because because it's winter right now and we can't pour concrete, we, we are going to allow them to patch it with asphalt until the spring, and then they'll have to come back and replace the full panel. Okay.
