The public comment portion of the meeting is when any member of the public may speak to items on the agenda at this time. And if there are no objections and with unanimous consent, I will open the public comment portion of our meeting. Seeing no objections, we are now in public comment. Is there anyone here to speak regarding the items on our agenda tonight?

Public comment is now closed, uh, because we have, uh, members, uh, from the administration and from National Grid here tonight to speak on items before us. I'd like to motion by unanimous consent to suspend Rule 37 B before we proceed. There being no objections. Rule 37 B is now suspended.
