▶ 0:27 Kimberly Vandiver: All right. Good evening. It is seven 30 Tuesday, February 20th, and this is the meeting of the Public Works Committee. I'm Counselor Vandiver, the chair. Joining me are Vice Chair Councilor Hamilton and voting members, counselors, Kara Chetty, Garipay, and Reky, as well as Member ex Officio President Elli. We are also joined. Uh, we have no non-voting members present. Uh, this provides notice of the quorum for the record, um, and, uh, in accordance with the open Meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel MTV. It will be available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's website@cityofmelrose.org.
