I am Counselor Carm Chaney, the chair joining me tonight. Our Vice Chair counselor Rio Counselor Ward Hamilton Counselor Devin Romanul, counselor Kimberly Vandiver, and President Melli ex-officio. And it looks like we don't have any non-voting members. Um, tonight, this takes place as an attendance roll call.
