▶ 2:38 Leila Migliorelli: Um, these minutes are now approved. We are now moving on to the public comment portion of our meeting. This is the portion of the meeting where the public may comment on the matters before the council tonight. Just a reminder that public comment period is an opportunity for the public to share comments. Counselors will not be responding. Um, I would like to request that the members of the public present opinions in a respectful manner and refrain from naming individuals in their comments. Um, I will also note for the record that we have received notice about the building room occupancy. As such, I must ask tonight that only 44 people in total, that includes the counselors, um, in the room may in this room. Otherwise, as we can see, people are gathering in the hallway. Um, but feel free to move around if needed, and switch spots. Um, we have received, um, about 80 plus emails. Um, but we, I will now entertain a motion to open the floor for public comment.
