▶ 39:59 Leila Migliorelli: That order passes. Um, and we've none under expires under Rule 53. I do have an update. Um, just wanted to announce as, um, I have sent in an email, uh, which will be posted later. We will be, uh, creating or I as president will be creating a special committee to review polling locations for elections. Um, we've had several years of successful elections at the middle school, and now is a good time to evaluate the efficacy of this consolidation. Explore the viability of additional locations. This special committee will be comprised of the following members of the City Council, Councillor Stewart, Councillor Romanul, Councillor Car Chaney, and Councillor Williams. Um, the charge of the special committee will include, but not be limited to working in conjunction with the city Clerk and Board of Registrars to obtain information from the Secretary of State's office, evaluate data and anecdotal information from the Melrose Police Department, determine budgetary impacts of centralized versus decentralized location, and consider input in anecdotal information from election day staff and volunteers, as well as incorporating in, uh, feedback from the school department on impacts on school-based polling locations. This committee will present their findings to the full City Council prior to the calling of the November 4th, 2024 election this summer. Um, and just a reminder, polling locations are determined by the city council, so any changes to the current centralized location would need to be filed as a separate order by a city council or councilors. And that subsequently voted on by the full council. So I will, we will attach that memo to, um, the meeting. And now we are at the end of our agenda. So,
