▶ 28:47 Speaker 4: to fulfill the management contract, um, the $400,000 is in our retain earnings.

▶ 28:53 Speaker 8: It's already being earned by Mount Hood. Um, right now our account has 630,000 in it.

▶ 28:58 Speaker 4: Um, the main reason for this is, um, when we, when we put out the new management contract, they got an increase in percentage in their revenue, what they would get. Um, and also they're doing a really good job. Um, so this is all money that's already come in. We're just looking to fulfill the contract and pay the management company.
