▶ 3:25 Robb Stewart: Good evening, the time being 7 0 5 on Tuesday, April 16th. Uh, I am, uh, council Stewart, the chair of the Finance committee, and this is a meeting of the finance committee. Uh, we have joining me, our vice chair, vandiver and counselors, Chetty Williams, Roman Al, and Elli, uh, president Exofficio. And this provides a notice of a quorum, uh, in accordance with the open meeting law. This meeting is being recorded and broadcast on our local cable access channel. MMTV as was live streamed on the MMT Web, uh, website, and available for future viewing through the City of Melrose's, uh, portal. Uh, so at this point, um, without any objection, I will open the floor for public comment.
