▶ 2:37:27 Leila Migliorelli: Madam Chair, just wanted to introduce this order. Um, as stated in IQM two, there's a memo from me to the entire council, um, recommending the reappointment of the Melrose City Clerk. Um, I, as it stated in the memo, um, per section two eight of the Melrose City Charter, the council shall elect a city clerk to serve for a term of three years. And the current city clerk's term ended, um, earlier this month. Um, and as a clerk reports directly to the City council president and we have file on file. Prior, the prior to council president's evaluations of the city clerk's performance, I am, um, recommending, um, clerk Foot to be reappointed for the Melrose City Clerk for another three year term. Personally, I've worked with her since 2020 and she has been reporting to me since I was elected to the City Council president in January. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her work have been outstanding. Clerk Foot has done an excellent job of maintaining the vital statistics and records of the city, showing thoughtful planning to ensure these records are preserved and kept securely. Her role in the city elections have become increasingly complex over the past three years as she's adapted to changing regulations in state law. Clerk Foot has also successfully onboarded two city councils and has provided expert guidance on procedures and rules throughout our terms. So I would like to make a motion for, um, reappointment, for clerk. Clerk foot. Second,
