My wife and myself were the co-founders. We, uh, founded Big Fin Poque about seven, seven years ago in, uh, Westbrook, Maine. Um, since then we've opened four locations and this'll be the fifth one. Um, we actually closed the North Shore Mall location because we wanted to get ready for Melrose. So we did close that location and wanna get this one up and going. Um, our hours are Monday through Friday, um, 11 to 8:00 PM close on Sunday so we can have a family day. Um, the type of food that we're serving, think deconstructed sushi rolled in, um, like deconstructed sushi placed in a bowl. Rice underneath proteins mixed with sauce and vegetables. And then on the side we place other, um, choices where customers can choose between, um, seaweed salad, um, crab salad, kimchi, cucumbers, avocado, things like that. And then, um, it's basically think kind of like Chipotle with sushi instead. So, um, I'm not sure
