I am the vice chair of the committee, Ryan Williams. I'm filling in for Chair Aldine, and I am joined by voting members, counselors, Rob Stewart, mark gpe, ward Hamilton, Devin Rahul Romanul, uh, John Osky and Cal Foc, chiro and President Lila Melli Exofficio. And this serves as a notice of a quorum. And so the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. Tonight's meeting will be recorded and is being broadcast by MTV as well as live streamed on their website@mtvthree.org. And at this time, I would motion by unanimous consent to open public comment.
