▶ 0:04 Speaker 2: Good evening. Today is Monday, December 1st- (clears throat) ... at 7:15. I'm Tangi Suffuni, (gavel bangs) the city clerk for the City of Melrose. And according to Rule 57 of the City Council Rules of Order, we are caucusing tonight to nominate a president for the City Council for 2026. This will be a hybrid meeting this evening, and we'd like to open up the meeting at this time, 7:15. Can we please have a roll call, please? Clerk Moore.
