I'm Counselor Reky, the chair of the committee in accordance with Open Meeting Law. This meeting is being recorded and will be available on MMTV. I'm joined this evening by voting members of Vice Chair Gari, councilor fro Councilor Stewart, council Williams, and President Ex Officio Elli. We're also joined by non-voting member Councilor Hamilton. There are four matters before us this evening. I would like to open the floor for public comment. Seeing no objection, public comment is now open.
