▶ 1:33:10 Speaker 4: So, uh, this is a one-time purchase. Um, we're, we're looking to upgrade the software and, um, the software will no longer be supported, um, at the end of the calendar year. So I think it's on like a 10 year cycle. So it's kind of a unique situation, um, where, you know, normally we would fund something like this out of, um, the water and sewer enterprise funds, but just based on how those funds are performing, we chose to fund it out of free cash. Um, and we have done this previously, I know, on a different scale, but, um, you know, we did purchase the ambulance a couple years ago out of free cash. Um, so this is just kind of a one time, um, circumstance. So,
