▶ 0:01 Ryan Williams: Probably I wouldn't know. Good evening everybody. Today is Monday, June 10th, 2024, and this is a meeting of the Legal and Legislative Committee of the City Council of Melrose. I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams, and I'm joined by voting members councilors, Devin Romanul, counselor John Abramsky, and counselor Kim Vandiver. Uh, and this serves as a notice of a quorum for the record in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. Tonight's meeting is being recorded and being broadcast to be our partners at MTV and live streamed on their website@mmtvthree.org. At this time, I will motion by unanimous consent to open public comment and seeing no objections. Public comment is now open for anyone who wants to speak from the public. Do we have anybody online?
