▶ 35:54 Ryan Williams: Good evening everyone. Today is Monday, July 8th, 2024. This is a meeting of the Legal and Legislative Committee of the City, council of Melrose. I'm the chair of the committee, Ryan Williams. And I'm joined today by voting members. Counselor Devin Romanul. Uh, counselor Maya Aldine, counselor Kim Vandiver and President Elli Exofficio. I'm also joined by non-voting members. Counselors, mark Repe, ward Hamilton, Cal Rio, and, um, Rob Stewart. This serves as a notice of Quorum for the record, and therefore, the meeting will proceed in accordance with Massachusetts Open Meeting Law. Tonight's meeting will be recorded and is being broadcast by our partners at MMTV and live streamed on their website@mmtvthree.org. Um, I'll entertain a motion to open public comment.
