We have ID 1 3 0 0 5 library fines. Appropriations FY 2026 ate the amount of $16,550 from account 2 9 0 3 2 dash 5 9 0 0 0. Library fines account to account 0 1 6 1 1 2 dash 5 3 4 2 0 0. Library expense books and periodicals. I believe we have, uh, director Ner with us, please come up.

▶ 25:44 Speaker 5: and you know, you know the, you know the drill? Yes.
▶ 25:49 Speaker 7: We, uh, we often do these transfers in the fall. Um, this is a transfer from the Library Fines account. Um, by City Regulation I money in the Fines account can only be moved into the Books and periodicals account. So that is just by regulation why that fine transfer happens that way. Um, and this transfer will allow us to meet the municipal appropriation requirement by the Board of Library Commissioners.

▶ 26:28 Speaker 7: We actually, we transfer it. It's usually less specific. Um, but we are cognizant of the budget restrictions, so we were really just trying to keep as close to the requirement as we could.
